1. We are happy to refund any purchase should you decide that the item doesn’t fit or doesn’t meet your expectation.
  2. We ask that you notify us of this within 14 days and return the item within a further 14 days.
  3. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your returned goods so we encourage you to send it via registered post or a tracked delivery service.
  4. The cost of any returns is your responsibility.
  5. Until the goods are returned to us, you are responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed.
  6. Once we receive your return and have checked the condition we will refund your purchase price and any shipping costs you have paid for your original purchase.
  7. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items that are returned from a larger order. (i.e. partial refund)
  8. We will issue your refund according to your method of payment (PayPal or CreditCard)
